Our Quality Policy

  • The primary goal of Aykim, which has been carrying out its activities successfully in various sectors as a supplier since it was founded, is to become one of the leading companies within the aluminium profile sector by having a sense of responsibility for its customers, shareholders, personnel, suppliers, society and environment with a global culture and honest stance.

    For this purpose, we aim and undertake that:

    • Satisfaction of our customers is the most important and determinant indicator of our success.

      We will deliver products in a timely fashion considering the suggestions and complaints of the customers and use all of our resources effectively and efficiently to exceed and perpetuate all expectations by controlling the system continuously as a customer,

    • The main source of our strength is our personnel.

      We will establish a sense of engagement in the personnel by showing the value we place on our personnel via training activities and social supports, ensure that they take part in the organizations effectively and create a reliable and peaceful working environment by meeting the requirements of occupational health and safety,

    • One of the factors that affect our product quality is our suppliers.

      Therefore, we will carry out activities for improving our suppliers, when necessary,

    • Continuous improvement activities carry the achieved quality a step further.

      We will increase our competitive capacity and expand the market share by proper prices and quality achieved in the profiles that we produce via these activities,

    • We will perform our services according to the provisions considering the needs and expectations of our shareholders,
    • We will follow the conditions of the Quality Management System and perform the related applications effectively,
